The Physical Therapy Department at Twin Palms Orthopedics is absolutely outstanding! The incredible team of Rosie, Corby, and Martha create such a welcoming environment — they make you feel right at home from the very first greeting, always with a genuine smile.

Twin Palms Orthopedic office AND Physical Therapy office are fantastic. My knee replacement surgery went exceedingly well. Because of Dr. Farr’s expert skills, I recovered quicker than I ever expected. The office staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly. The Physical Therapy staff is excellent. They are skilled, knowledgeable and are awesome. I highly recommend Dr. Farr and his staff.
