I was pleased at how promptly I was able to get an appointment as a new patient. I did not see Dr. Gupta but a resident. My situation was one that it was not necessary to be seen by Dr. Gupta. The resident was patient and spent time with me (I didn’t feel rushed) and he clearly explained my situation to me. The staff was very friendly and cooperative.
